Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Nurse Educator for Preop/PACU surgical services to lead and advance clinical education for nursing teams.

You will assess learning needs, design orientation and simulation-based training, promote evidence-based practice, and partner with leaders to improve quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in preoperative and PACU nursing.
• Ability to evaluate competencies and design targeted learning plans.
• Expertise in simulation, skills labs, and structured education delivery.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice, quality/safety improvement, and protocol implementation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration with teams.
