Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in TN or a multi-state Compact State prior to hire.
• ACLS within 180 days or BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and monitoring of personalized care plans for patients in the operating room.
• Coordinate care across multiple clinical disciplines to ensure alignment of the healthcare team.
• Oversee the patient journey from admission to discharge for safe, seamless transitions.
• Communicate critical changes in a patient’s condition to the medical team in real time.
