Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville Memorial Hospital is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk for the Materials Services team. Under general supervision, you will store, requisition, pick, distribute and deliver general and medical supplies across perioperative and procedural settings, while ensuring proper chain of custody for implants and accurate documentation.

You will manage consignment and vendor-owned inventory, receive Purchase Orders, stage goods for delivery, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and basic typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Store, requisition, pick, distribute and deliver supplies across perioperative and procedural settings.
• Receive Purchase Orders and stage supplies for delivery; manage consignment inventory.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure implants have proper chain of custody and accurate documentation.
• Use handhelds and ERP systems to support inventory control and stocking.
• Assist with training Supply Chain staff and support other duties as assigned.
