Prisma Health is seeking a Materials Services Assistant to store, requisition, pick, distribute, and deliver general and medical supplies across various hospital settings. You will use ERP systems, scan inventory, and help maintain par locations while supporting cycle counts and training of staff.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely handling of requests, and effective communication with clinicians and coworkers in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required in this role.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain is a plus.

Mansioni

• Store, requisition, pick, distribute and deliver supplies across healthcare settings.
• Scan inventory labels to generate replenishment orders.
• Check for expired or recalled products and remove per policy.
• Distribute oxygen tanks and minor equipment.
• Deliver supplies to nursing units, clinics and other locations.
• Process issues and credits in the ERP system with accurate cost allocation.
