Requirements include an active Illinois RN license, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and BLS within 30 days. Strong computer skills and blood-draw experience are a plus. This is a full-time position with varying shifts and call.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Basic computer knowledge strongly preferred.
• Prior knowledge of drawing blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and IV therapies per nursing practice.
• Maintains accurate patient records and participates in care planning.
• Assesses patient and family education and discharge needs.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies and supports the care team.
• Supports professional practice and acts as a resource for team members.
