Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois is required.
• Prior medical office experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient health data and enters into the EMR.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develops and implements a care plan with interventions.
• Evaluates progress and documents outcomes and chart notes.
• Assigns ICD-10 codes for billing and ensures proper documentation.
