71 Elliot One Day Surgery Center is seeking a RN Perioperative Education Specialist to lead education and onboarding for perioperative staff at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.

The role requires a NH RN license, a BSN, and CNOR certification with at least five years in the OR. A Master’s in Nursing is preferred, with strong curriculum design and technology expertise to drive evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of RN operating room experience.
• BSN required; CNOR certification required.
• New Hampshire license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Professional knowledge of education curriculum design and technology.

Responsabilités

• Provide onboarding and orientation for new perioperative staff.
• Coordinate perioperative education programs and competency management.
• Lead perioperative education initiatives and participate in quality improvement.
• Support usage of evidence-based practice across perioperative services.
• Collaborate with Resource RNs and department leaders on education activities.
