Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Associate's Degree in business science preferred.
• 3+ years of administrative support experience.
• 1+ years data entry experience in healthcare.
• 1+ years experience in a hospital or managed care setting.
• 1+ years experience in chart analysis, chart auditing, or chart abstraction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office and department operations.
• Manage department scheduling and calendar maintenance.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using appropriate formats.
• Maintain confidential files and records; handle sensitive communications.
• Assist with AMION physician scheduling; coordinate with physicians and offices.
