Coordinate perioperative care for surgical patients by managing patient flow and serving as a clinical resource for nursing and surgical teams. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary partners to support safe, high-quality care.

• Ability to mentor and educate staff and help drive continuous improvement.
