Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Recent and demonstrated OR and PACU nursing experience.
• Ambulatory surgery center or perioperative environment experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of surgical workflows, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to clinical teams including OR, PACU and perioperative services.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with physicians and administrative leadership to support safe and efficient patient care.
• Develop, mentor, and empower nurses and clinical staff through coaching and education.
• Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, and state regulations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Encourage employee engagement and retention through effective leadership and communication.
