Job summary

You will oversee shift operations, manage staffing and regulatory compliance, monitor supply usage and payroll, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced environment. RN license and BLS required; ACLS within 5 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor OR nursing staff to ensure high-quality perioperative care.
• Oversee shift operations: plan, coordinate, and adjust staffing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through rounds and audits.
• Balance fiscal duties: monitor supply usage and payroll.
• Facilitate ongoing problem-solving and on-the-job training.
• Communicate effectively between management and clinical practice to uphold standards.
