Requires a BSN, RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and PALS certification, plus at least 1 year of nursing experience. This role emphasizes direct patient care in perioperative and PACU settings and a strong multidisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and BSN within three years of assuming Charge RN position.
• State licensure as RN with BLS Healthcare Provider.
• ACLS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• PALS certification.
• BLS/CPR card must be valid through stay period.

Responsibilities

• Direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings.
• Support ongoing education and training for competency validation during orientation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.
