Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Perioperative Charge Auditor to support daily charge and revenue capture operations within the Perioperative Services Administration Department. You will reconcile patient records, calculate charges, and audit billing against perioperative records using EPIC/OpTime and Patcom systems.

Requires a high school diploma and 4 years of experience; proficiency with Excel and CDM/eCDM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient records to surgery schedule.
• Calculate charges from acuity records and enter into EPIC/OpTime.
• Audit hospital billing records vs perioperative records for revenue compliance.
• Maintain on-site paper records for 12 months and manage file storage.
