Job summary

Mercy in Rogers, AR is hiring to support perioperative care. Under the perioperative leader, you will assist in individualized patient care to help achieve their highest level of wellness and work as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and certification in BLS is required or obtainable within 90 days. Experience is not required; CNA may be required depending on location. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• None required experience; one-year clinical experience preferred but not required.
• BLS required or may obtain within 90 days of hire.
• CNA may be required per location of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care to achieve highest level of wellness.
• Work cooperatively with others as part of a team; support group goals.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks essential to providing care to patients.
• Follow Mercy safety, infection prevention and patient rights/regulations.
• Utilize unit-specific technology to perform daily tasks and maintain communications.
