Responsibilities

• Prioritizes OR suite cleaning for room turnover and cleans common areas within the perioperative area per procedures.
• Assists with transferring, transporting and positioning of patients using proper body mechanics.
• Assists in OR set-up for each case, moving essential equipment into the room and cleaning after the case.
• Handles and transports specimens according to policies and procedures.
• Stocks shelves, linen and fluids, and assists in putting away warehouse supplies daily.
