Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health in Hamilton, NJ is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for a part-time role at the Hamilton Hospital campus. The APP will provide consistent, high-quality perioperative and postoperative care for surgery patients and serve as an active member of the surgical care team.

This position requires licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, collaboration with attending physicians, and adherence to practice policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative/postoperative care for surgery patients.
• Act as an active member of the surgery patient care team.
• Manage perioperative/postoperative care with licensure.
• Perform hospital rounds on inpatients and ER consultations.
• Work to the full extent of licensure with supervised autonomy.
