UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville is recruiting a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our team and support surgeons, anesthesiologists, and CRNAs in delivering high‑quality patient care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant training program certified in the specialty of anesthesiology.
• Must meet Medical Staff Office privileges requirements to practice as a CAA at UF Health Shands Hospital and/or Shands UF Healthcare Network.
• Current Florida CAA license and Basic Life Support certification (BLS) are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively under the supervision of staff anesthesiologists.
