Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse with TN license, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR), upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care during the critical post-anesthesia period.
• Apply the nursing process and coordinate support services.
• Delegate to and evaluate subordinate staff.
• Maintain meticulous patient focus in a fast-paced environment.

Daily, you will deliver efficient, safe patient care during the critical period following anesthesia and invasive procedures. This involves using the nursing process, delegating to and evaluating subordinate staff, and coordinating support services.

Success in this role requires a strong grasp of surgical nursing principles, meticulous patient focus, and the ability to manage complex care in a critical, fast-paced environment.
