Job summary
Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is looking for an Education Specialist dedicated to enhancing the quality of care through education. You will oversee orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff, develop educational programs, and ensure courses meet regulatory and hospital standards. Candidates must have a BSN, Master's degree, RN license, and at least 3-5 years clinical experience, along with relevant teaching certifications. The position offers a salary between $46.94 to $66.43 per hour along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and generous time-off policies.
Qualifications
Current NJ licensure as RN required.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support Instructor certification required.
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in perioperative required.
Responsibilities
Coordinate staff education and orientation programs.
Develop and assess educational materials and curriculum.
Provide ongoing nursing education and evaluate effectiveness.
