ETS Dental seeks a full-time Periodontist to join a doctor-led, multi-location practice in Charlotte, NC. You will step into offices that are already prepared, focusing on consults, implants, and advanced periodontal care while the team handles scheduling and logistics.
Expect a turnkey setup, sedation-certified facilities, and a guaranteed $300,000 to $350,000 annual floor plus 40%–45% of collections with potential equity after two years. North Carolina license required or eligible.
This is a doctor-led, multi-location group. The practice is bringing on a full-time (ideal, could do part-time) periodontist to step into offices that are already set up and running, taking over an established schedule. Your days are built around consults and treatment cases, not an overbooked hygiene-style grind. The offices are sedation certified, and dedicated team members trained in sedation, surgery, and perio support you chairside. If you love implant and perio work and want a team that carries the case presentation load so you can focus on treatment, this one is worth a conversation.
Most periodontists making a move have to choose between a strong guarantee and a real ownership path. This role gives you both. You start with a $300,000 to $350,000 floor, earn 40% to 45% on top of what you produce, and after two years you have a negotiated equity opportunity in a dedicated brick-and-mortar location. The infrastructure is already done for you: sedation-certified offices, trained surgical teams, and an established patient base. You do not need to be a salesperson here. The team is experienced, personable, and built to handle the treatment conversations, so your time goes to consults, implants, and surgery.
Charlotte is one of the fastest-growing metros in the Southeast, with a strong economy, great neighborhoods and schools, Lake Norman and Lake Wylie close by, and both the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Carolina coast within a few hours’ drive. It is a place where you can build a busy surgical practice and still have a life outside of it.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina dental license.
