Raybrex Dental Recruiting represents a long-standing private periodontic practice seeking a full-time periodontist in a modern, private office.

They offer a guaranteed salary of $425,000 or 40% of net production, whichever is higher, with health insurance, CE stipend, and potential buy-in. The practice has a large referral base and state‑of‑the‑art technology, including CBCT, guided surgery, intraoral scanning, and a supportive mentoring team.

Job description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable periodontic practice, that is seeking a periodontist. They are seeking a full time periodontist for 4 or 5 days a week, depending on preference. This private office has many referrals already as they have been in the community for many years.

They have a long term periodontist that is retiring, so they have a busy referral base already developed. They average over 1,600 new patient referrals each year. They are a fee for service office.

The office is a beautiful one in a great location. It is completely state of the art, with digital work flows, CBCT, guided surgery, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry and PRF. They have an experienced and well trained team. There is wonderful collaboration and or mentoring as well.

They are offering a 425K guaranteed salary or 40% of net production, whichever is highers. Health insurance, and continuing education stipend. There is buy-in potential as well, if interested but certainly not required.
