This doctor-led, multi-location group keeps periodontics in-house. Referrals flow directly from established offices, so you step into an existing patient base rather than building from zero. The role is surgically focused, with a strong emphasis on flap and osseous surgery, and offers a clear path to an investment opportunity for the right fit.

Key Features

• Compensation: Up to 38% adjusted production
• Production: Established, will provide numbers if requested
• Schedule: Up to 32 hours chairside
• Patient volume: 5 to 10 patients per day, giving you time for quality surgical care
• Clinical focus: High volume of flap and osseous surgery with assisted procedures
• Surgical support: A nurse assists on larger cases
• Referral growth: Built-in referrals, plus the opportunity to develop outside referrals
