Job summary

ETS Dental in North Charleston, SC seeks an Associate Dentist with 4–5+ years of clinical practice. The position offers an immediate opportunity to participate in a growth-focused, ownership track with a potential partial equity buy-in and eventual full buyout over 5–10 years.

You will perform high-quality restorative care, hygiene exams, and supported implants and procedures, with a flexible schedule (2–4 days/week, no weekends).

Qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years of clinical practice preferred.
• Self-sufficient clinician confident in comprehensive restorative dentistry.
• Experience in implant placement and surgical extractions a plus.
• Warm, compassionate personality with strong patient communication skills.
• Active SC Dental License (or eligible).
