• Clinical/Patient Care - 20%: Provide patient care with respect and effective communication.
• Service - 5%: Serve on at least one intramural DCG committee.
• Research/Scholarship - 10%: Publish at least one peer-reviewed paper per year (0.75 depending on rank).
