• DDS/DMD degree from a US or Canadian CODA-accredited dental school or equivalent.
• Specialty certificate in periodontics from a CODA accredited postgraduate program.
• The applicant must be eligible for a New Jersey State dental license or NJ State Limited Teaching Permit.

• Provide didactic and clinical teaching at both the postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
• Serve as an advisor for students.
