Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Periodontal Manager to oversee the daily operations of the periodontal department, driving patient satisfaction, efficient workflows, and strong team performance within a fast-paced dental practice.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and compassionate, with dental knowledge and excellent communication skills, able to manage people and processes in a dynamic periodontal environment.

Overview

The Periodontal Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the periodontal department, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, efficient clinical and administrative workflows, and strong team performance. This role works closely with the periodontist(s), clinical team, front office staff, and practice leadership to support high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and practice growth.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and compassionate leader with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced periodontal environment.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation

$60,000 - $65,000 per year
