Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for its Center for Perinatal Medicine. The role involves performing ultrasound procedures on maternal and neonatal patients and producing diagnostic records.

Required RDMS or registry-eligible status and CPR certification. Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Technology program is preferred and prior OB/GYN ultrasound experience is a plus.

Operates ultrasound-scanning equipment to produce records of designated portions of the human anatomy of infant, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. Ultrasound Technologists working in the Center for Perinatal Medicine perform ultrasound procedures on select groups of maternal and neonatal patients.

REQUIRED

1. Registered in OB/GYN by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) or registryeligible.
2. Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

PREFERRED

1. Graduate from an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology.
2. Prior experience in OB/GYN ultrasound.
