Valley Health System seeks an experienced perinatal sonographer to operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment focusing on high-risk OB/GYN pregnancies. You will perform a variety of ultrasound exams, evaluate patient tolerance, and communicate results to the team.

The role requires 3+ years OB/GYN sonography, ADRMS and fetal echocardiography certifications, and BLS CPR. Associates degree in sonography is required, with a bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years OB/GYN sonography experience.
• Current ADRMS certification required.
• Fetal Echocardiography certification required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Associates degree in sonography; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of OB/GYN ultrasound examinations.
• Assess patient tolerance to procedures and monitor safety.
• Communicate diagnostic results with the care team.
• Conduct advanced perinatal ultrasounds and fetal echocardiography.
• Provide ultrasound guidance for procedures and document findings.
• Assist with scheduling, equipment maintenance, and QA of the team.
• Pursue continuing education to improve technical skills.
