High Risk Obstetrical Consultants in Knoxville is seeking a full-time sonographer to join our 10-physician MFM practice, with opportunities to travel to satellite offices. We currently have 8 sonographers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include preparing diagnostic equipment, performing perinatal ultrasounds (fetal anatomy surveys, Doppler studies, BPPs, first-trimester screens), documenting findings in the ultrasound system, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/HIPAA

Qualifications

• OB experience is required.
• ARDMS Registered in OB/GYN.
• Graduate of accredited Ultrasound Program.

Responsabilités

• Preparing diagnostic equipment prior to patient appointment.
• Perform perinatal ultrasounds including fetal anatomical surveys, doppler studies, BPP’s, and first trimester screens.
• Ability to perform complete anatomy surveys and identify potential abnormalities.
• Monitors, records, and communicates as appropriate utilizing GE Viewpoint system.
• Documentation of findings in patient’s chart within ultrasound system.
• Adherence to all policies and procedures including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA, attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and other applicable policies.
