Job summary

High Risk Obstetrical Consultants in Knoxville seeks a full-time sonographer to join a collaborative, team-based practice. The role includes travel to satellite offices and responsibilities across perinatal ultrasound, fetal anatomy, Doppler studies, BPPs, and early screening.

The candidate will use GE Viewpoint for reporting and will document findings in patient charts, while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies. Applicants should have OB experience and ARDMS OB/GYN registration.

Qualifications

• OB experience required or equivalent perinatal ultrasound exposure.
• ARDMS registration in OB/GYN preferred or required.
• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diagnostic equipment prior to patient appointments.
• Perform perinatal ultrasounds including fetal anatomy surveys, Doppler, BPPs, and first trimester screens.
• Perform complete anatomy surveys and identify potential abnormalities.
• Monitor, record, and communicate findings using GE Viewpoint system.
• Document findings in the patient chart within the ultrasound system.
• Adhere to policies including OSHA, HIPAA, attendance, and appearance.
