Job summary

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center’s Family Birth Center is seeking an experienced perinatal RN to join our high‑volume obstetric team in Medford, Oregon. This union position is 0.9 FTE with a variable night shift and every‑other‑weekend schedule, offering relocation assistance for external candidates.

You will provide compassionate, high‑quality care to mothers and newborns, collaborate across departments, and support families through labor, delivery, and recovery in a state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• RN license in Oregon active upon start.
• BLS certification upon start.
• NRP must be obtained within 4 months of hire.
• RNC-OB and RNC-MNN are preferred.
• New Grad RN Residency OB ARRMC pathway may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent mother-baby patient care.
• Provide excellent nursing care to patients with various acuities.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and adjust priorities in response to changes in patient acuity, volume, emergencies, staffing or scheduling.
