Job summary

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, OR is seeking an experienced Surgical RN to scrub and circulate in the OR. You’ll join a high-volume surgical team, support faster patient recovery, and collaborate across departments in a level 2 trauma designation hospital. Requires BSN preferred, Oregon RN license, BLS; CNOR and CFPM preferred; relocation assistance may be available for external candidates.

Relocation may be offered; competitive compensation with shift differentials is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous surgery experience required
• BSN preferred
• RN license in Oregon required upon start
• BLS certification required upon start
• CNOR preferred
• CFPM preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent patient care
• Scrub and circulate a variety of procedures within the surgical suite
• Participate in clinical teams to focus on evidence-based continual improvements
• Demonstrate organizational skills in delivery of nursing care with flexibility to adjust priorities
• Join an experienced surgical team with an all physician anesthesiologist team and six double certified surgeons
