Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians and teams to maintain patient-centered care, staff development, and operational efficiency. Requires BSN or MSN and GA RN licensure with BLS, plus at least 3 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state of Georgia) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with ability to lead and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the nurse manager for a specific unit or service.
• Mentor staff, lead daily activities, and participate in performance reviews and coaching.
• Represent leadership in budget development and monitor fiscal outcomes for the unit.
• Promote interdisciplinary teamwork and ensure adherence to professional standards and evidence-based care.
