Job summary

Care New England Health System (CNE) is seeking a Clinical Therapist for the Outpatient Women’s Behavioral Health Program at Women & Infants Hospital. You will provide care to perinatal patients in an outpatient clinic, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of perinatal experts and trainees to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a psychiatric/mental health setting is required.
• Interest in perinatal mental health is required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a multidisciplinary staff.
• Interest in developing a program of research is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Carries outpatient perinatal caseload under supervision of Program Director.
• Conducts initial psychiatric evaluations and care coordination per policy.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team for care planning and clinical needs.
• Performs suicide risk screenings (CSSRS) and safety planning as indicated.
• Contributes to WBH growth, new outpatient programming, and access to services.
• Supervises unlicensed clinicians and supports WBH training programs.
