Job summary

Adaptive Pediatric Therapy LLC in Stratham, NH is launching a maternal mental health and family support program. We seek an experienced Mental Health Provider to help shape and deliver services for perinatal clients.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, and IBCLCs, offering telehealth and home visits and contributing to program development and delivery models. This is a per diem, growth-friendly role.

Qualifications

• NH licensure required (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD).
• Strong background in perinatal mental health required.
• Experience supporting parents of children with special needs or medical complexity preferred.
• Able to work independently while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
• Interest in program development and innovation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Launch and shape a new maternal mental health and family support program within the practice.
• Embed within a team of OTs, SLPs and IBCLCs to wrap around families.
• Provide care via telehealth and home visits with a 30-minute radius.
• Contribute to program development, clinical approach and delivery models.
• Support birthing people postpartum and parents of medically complex children.
