You will lead childbirth education, provide infant care education, and support tours, groups, and events, serving as a trusted resource for families during the perinatal journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient, family, or community education.
• Ability to present information to groups and diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead childbirth education classes for expectant families.
• Provide infant care and inpatient antepartum education to patients and families.
• Conduct tours of the Women's Pavilion at WakeMed campuses.
• Facilitate support groups and participate in community and department events.
• Serve as a trusted educational resource for families during the perinatal period.
