• Create a learning-friendly environment and promote positive interactions with staff.
• Deliver information using adult-learning principles with clear, engaging presentations.
• Maintain a non-judgmental, family-centered approach.
• Promote safety during tours/classes and anticipated stay.
• Continuously evaluate comprehension and adjust approaches as needed.
• Stay current with hospital policies and area expertise.
