Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead nursing maternal/perinatal initiatives. You will work with the Maternal Medical Director and regional clinical leaders to implement clinical strategies aligned with High-Reliability Principles, driving evidence-based practice, standardization, safety, and patient experience.

You will co-chair the facility’s Maternal QAPI Committee, ensure program plans are followed, and develop strategies to close gaps in resources, training, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Presentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
• Co-Chairs the facility’s Maternal QAPI Committee.
• Ensures Maternal Program Plan is followed and performance indicators meet benchmarks.
• Identifies and consults on evidence-based maternal/perinatal nursing policies/procedures.
