Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of refinery buildings, operational areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter; report hazards.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting entries.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete shift reports and patrol logs with accuracy.
