Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures and access protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, areas, parking, entry points, and perimeter boundaries to identify hazards or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to leadership and site representatives.
