Job summary

CalvertHealth is seeking a Surgical Services Outcomes Facilitator to lead PACU, PAT, and SDS staff, ensuring service quality, patient safety, and financial performance. Required BSN or equivalent with RN licensure, 3–5 years perianesthesia experience, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. Optional MSN/MHA/MBA and certifications support advancement.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent required; MSN/MHA/MBA preferred.
• RN – State license required.
• 3–5 years perianesthesia experience with 2–3 years supervising perianesthesia staff.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to PACU, PAT, and SDS staff to meet service, quality, safety, and financial goals.
• Maintains clinical skills by assuming patient care assignments as needed to support patient flow.
• Ensures compliance with certification/licensure requirements and hospital policies.
