Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires state RN license (GA) or eligibility and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in perianesthesia, PACU, critical care, or surgical services with strong assessment & recovery skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication with anesthesia providers and surgical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-anesthesia phases.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
• Review medical histories and coordinate with anesthesia and surgical teams.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions.
• Document care and maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
