Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA is seeking a licensed RN for the Emergency Department on a part-time, PRN basis under the direction of the Clinical Manager. The role focuses on compassionate care for patients across the lifespan in a busy ED.

Required are Georgia RN licensure, BLS CPR, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. ACLS/PALS and TNCC are preferred, with at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or valid temporary permit; American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
• ACLS, PALS, Basic Arrhythmia, Moderate/Deep Sedation and TNCC preferred.
• One year of experience in an acute health care setting preferred.
• Nursing skills as defined in the Law Governing the Practice of Nursing in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifespan in the Emergency Department.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate professional growth and assume Clinical Manager responsibilities as requested and/or in preparation for advancement.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards.
