Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides basic patient care under RN/LVN supervision.

• Completes orientation and participates in ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Transfers patients safely in accordance with Hospital guidelines.
• Reports patient information and prepares patients for OR.
• Cleans and dresses patient gurneys and stocks bedside supplies.
• Supports IP staff for patient readiness and room turnover.
• Adheres to hospital safety policies and completes orientation.
• Addresses age-appropriate and cultural needs of patients.
