Job summary

MANE is seeking a Perfumery Technician for our NYC Creative Center. The role entails day-to-day lab operations, supporting perfumers with compounding trial oils, and evaluating samples to ensure consistent quality and reference standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in the flavor and fragrance industry, strong olfactory skills, good communication, and solid computer and lab practices. This onsite role offers generous benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Some College preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in the flavor and fragrance industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain palette of ingredients for weighing samples per formula.
• Check raw material integrity and accuracy of compounding.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices.
• Prepare oils in bases and bring trial samples to applications as needed.
• Manage and file oil leftovers for quick reference.
• Keep workstation and lab tidy.
• Handle special tasks/projects to meet company objectives.
