Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years coaching or playing (HS level or above).
• Knowledgeable of current performance training pedagogy.
• Knowledgeable in the use of performance training technology (e.g. TeamBuilder).

Responsibilities

• Plan curriculum and teach students individually and in groups.
• Instruct fundamentals in coach's area of expertise; apply sport-specific training.
• Collaborate with PE teachers and Athletic Director on objectives.
• Supervise students during arrival and dismissal; address behavior as needed.
• Attend practices/games and occasional away events; chaperone.
• Drive bus as needed and ensure safety protocols are followed.
