Qualifications

• USRowing Level 1 or 2 Certification (highly preferred).
• Boater Safety License (required for operating launches).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily on-water practices and land-based training (ergs, strength, conditioning) to improve technique and fitness.
• Prepare and manage crews for local, regional, and national regattas, including setting lineups.
• Maintain safety standards and act as lead safety officer on the water.
• Promote the rowing program to recruit new athletes and foster a positive team culture.
• Mentor student-athletes and support their mental and physical development.
