Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years coaching or playing experience (High School level or above).
• Knowledgeable of current performance training pedagogy.
• Knowledgeable in performance training technology (e.g. TeamBuilder).
• CDL license preferred; required to obtain after hire.
• CPR certified preferred; required to obtain after hire.
• Certification/license related to primary sport preferred (e.g. Soccer: A-E license).

Responsibilities

• Plans curriculum, teaches and works with students individually, and in small and group settings.
• Coaches a minimum of one sport and attends practices/games.
• Drives bus as needed and ensures adherence to FHSAA rules.
• Maintains safety and professionalism; communicates with Athletic Director.
