Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Performance Tester to join our QA team in Charlotte, NC.

You will conduct performance testing on Java-based applications and distributed systems, developing load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using JMeter and BlazeMeter. You will automate regression tests with Selenium and collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to support monthly releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance testing of Java applications and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and BlazeMeter for load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Extensive Selenium automation and regression testing experience.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing of Java applications and distributed systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with JMeter and/or BlazeMeter for various testing types.
• At least 5 years of experience with Selenium for automation and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of application performance metrics, JVM, application server, database, and infrastructure performance analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
