Job description

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and automated scripts using Tricentis NeoLoad and LoadRunner.
• Create, maintain, and manage automated performance testing scripts; migrate existing LoadRunner scripts to NeoLoad.
• Analyze and evaluate test results, generate performance metric reports, and provide recommendations to improve system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with systems and development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and ensure system scalability.
• Review and analyze business and system requirements for performance testability; participate in system architecture change reviews and capacity assessments.
• Work with functional testers, development teams, and customers to ensure adequate coverage and up-to-date performance testing for upcoming releases.
• Integrate NeoLoad with CI/CD pipelines and Selenium for end-to-end performance validation.
• Participate in project meetings, peer reviews, and provide regular status updates to management.
• Assist in identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using structured processes (e.g., Jira).
• Maintain knowledge of testing tools, system monitoring, and performance testing methodologies.
• Use SQL and PL/SQL to analyze data and support performance testing.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC, Agile, and quality assurance best practices.
